Introduction

I can’t wait to tell you all about the Bob and Brad Air Compression Leg Massager! I did receive this product for free from the creators Bob and Brad, but I am not being paid for this blog post or video review.

Feel free to read through the review below or watch the video if you prefer here

The 1 Con of Air Compression Leg Massager

The only con of this device is that it can be difficult to use if you have limited mobility. All four of the pieces are attached with tubes that send the air into each section. Because of this, it was a little challenging to maneuver and position myself. For my friends with limited range of motion, it could make using it more tricky. This is not a deal breaker, but it’s something to keep in mind before purchasing one of these devices.

Pro 1: Very Quite

The Air Compression Leg Massager is a quiet machine. It is easy to use while watching TV, reading or relaxing. If you are the type of person who likes peace and quiet, then this massager will suit you well.

I’ve been using it while relaxing with my feet up and playing on my iPad. I thought perhaps with the air compression needed for the massager, it would be too loud to use while hanging out in front of the tv, but I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it really was!

Pro 2: Light Weight

The Air Compression Leg Massager is extremely light. It’s easy to move around and doesn’t require any hefty lifting or straining on your part. You can easily lift move it around yourself with ease.

Pro 3: Adjustable for Different Size Legs

It’s adjustable to fit different sizes of legs, which is great for people with different leg sizes. It has Velcro on the thigh and calf areas to allow for a wide range of thigh and calf thicknesses. The Velcro is very strong so when you adjust it you still get the wonderful benefits of the air compressor.

Pro 4: Heated

If you have circulation problems or are recovering from a leg injury, an air compression leg massager with heat can be a great way to warm up your legs. A heated air compression leg massager will help with muscle recovery and circulation in the lower body, which can help reduce swelling and improve joint health.

In addition to these benefits for the fitness enthusiasts, heating pads are also great for people who spend long hours sitting down at their desks or on airplanes. The constant pressure and warmth of an air compression pad can be helpful in reducing blood clots that occur as a result of sitting still for long periods of time.

Pro 5: Four Levels of intensity

The air compression leg massager has four levels of intensity that you can choose from. This is great for people who have sensitive legs and feet, and want a lower-intensity massage. But if you like a deep tissue pressure point massage (like me), then the highest level will do just fine.

You control these settings with an easy-to-use remote control, so it’s easy to change what level you want at any time during your massage experience. I love this feature because my calves are always sore after running or working out! Simply use whichever setting feels best for you and your current condition!

Pro 6: 4 Modes; All Over, Feet, Calves, Thighs

The Pro 6 has four different modes, each of which targets a different part of your leg.

  • All Over: This setting is what I’ve used most often. It gets to the whole leg in a 15 minute cycle.
  • Feet: The foot setting is perfect for massaging tired feet after a long day at work or if you’re just feeling sore from walking around all day in heels. It can also help with any foot pain caused by plantar fasciitis or bunions.
  • Calves: This setting actually works especially well on calves! If they’re stiff and tight, this will give them some relief. Just be sure not to use this mode too close to bedtime—it might keep you awake!
  • Thighs: This setting focuses on your thighs. I think it feels especially good after a hard barre workout!

Pro 7: Price $120 very affordable

If you’re on a budget and need to find something that’s affordable, then an air compression leg massager is great for you. The price of this device is much cheaper than others I’ve looked at (some go for over $1000!)

Right now on Amazon, there is a $30 coupon available for you to use as well!

An air compression leg massager helps circulation, reduces the risk of developing blood clots, and improves muscle recovery.

An air compression leg massager helps circulation, reduces the risk of developing blood clots, and improves muscle recovery. These factors are especially valuable to athletes and people with blood clots who are at higher risk for circulatory problems. The reduced risk of developing blood clots also makes an air compress leg massager a good option for people with plantar fasciitis since they can help ensure that you’re able to maintain an active lifestyle while reducing your chances of getting injured due to insufficient circulation in your legs.

Conclusion

An air compression leg massager can be a great investment for the health of your legs. It allows you to relax while improving circulation and reducing swelling in your lower limbs, along with other benefits like muscle recovery. However, it’s important to choose one that will work well for your needs as there are many options available on the market today!
